To enjoy Sparklight TV, a customer must either have Sparklight Internet service or lease a Sparklight TV modem at a monthly rate of $10.50. Sparklight TV is compatible with several accessibility features, including closed captioning, screen reader technology, and video description tracks. The enabling of the features is done on the device itself and may vary based on the device, as some devices may offer more features.
