Sparklight® Invests $6.5 Million in Natchez and Vidalia Network, Launches Gig Speeds
November 3, 2022 – Natchez, Mississippi – Sparklight®, a leading broadband communications provider, recently completed a $6.5 million upgrade to its robust, fiber-rich network in Natchez, Mississippi and Vidalia, Louisiana.
As a result of this upgrade, Sparklight will begin offering speeds up to 1 Gigabit for residential and small and medium-sized business customers on November 22, 2022. The completed project further strengthens the reliability of Sparklight’s high-speed internet service, while building a future-proof network to meet the long-term connectivity needs of the Natchez and Vidalia communities.

Hilbert says Gigabit speeds will allow for faster downloads and uploads, enhanced streaming and gaming and uninterrupted connections in multi-device homes.
